Forms that should be turned in:
• Census forms—to follow in mail
• Free/Reduced Lunch Application—can also be filled out online
• Athletic Forms
• MANDATORY FOR FRESHMAN: Parent Acknowledgement (PA) for Chromebook—Information to come
• Request to Provide Medication During School Hours
• Request to Provide Medication During School Hours-Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen
Items that will be checked out:
• Freshman Chromebook for the school year—Must have PA signed by parent and student
• Check out a locker if you would like one
• Get your school picture taken—take your school picture and pay Lifetouch the same day or order online later
Items that can be purchased :
• Yearbook
• Athletic Pass for home athletic events
• Locker ($5 for 9th and 10th)
• Device Coverage Program for Chromebooks (Can also pay for this beforehand on SchoolPay)
• Bus Pass (will have to be picked up at a later date)
